We provide superior service at competitive rates, and have tailored our pricing to offer hourly rates, and retainer options. Please contact us to discuss which pricing option is best for you.

Our prices and terms are as follows:

Hourly Rates:
We bill clients at an hourly rate of $45/hour for general administrative tasks. Most services are billed at an hourly rate in 15 minute increments. An hour minimum is required.

Monthly Retainer:

Our goal is to cultivate ongoing partnerships with our clients. We therefore offer the following monthly retainer options to clients who need support on a continual basis.

Our retainer terms are as follows:

  • Retainer contracts are for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Payments are due in advance.
  • Additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
  • Retainer fees are non-refundable, but unused hours will be carried over to the next month
  • Retainer options are re-negotiable to suit your changing needs.

Basic: Clients using 25 - 39 hours of services per month will be billed at a discounted rate of 10% off our regular hourly rates.

Core: Clients using 40 - 59 hours of services per month will be billed at a discounted rate of 15% off our regular hourly rates.

Premium: Clients requiring 60 hours of our services per month will enjoy a 20% discount off our regular rates.

For every referral that becomes a client, you will receive 1 hour of general services free!

Freshbooks is used to log the time I spend on each project.  I will provide a detailed timesheet upon completion of the project along with your final invoice.  If requested, I will also provide a weekly or bi-weekly status report and/or timesheet.

Retainer plans do not include the following services:
brochures, newsletters, and pamphlets.  A quote for these services will be given based on complexity and estimated time for completion.  Any additional incidental charges will be added to the final invoice.

Retainer fees do not include postage, materials or any items purchased for project.  Those costs are charged separately and will be invoiced monthly.

Finalized project will be emailed unless otherwise specified.

Other fees may include but are not limited to: postage, supplies bought specifically for a project, toll calls etc.

Terms

On larger projects a 50% deposit is required before work is begun. Final balance is due upon approval of final draft.

Monthly retainer invoices are due by the 1st of every month unless a prior agreement has been established.

Any additional hours which go over the retainer plan hours purchased will be billed at the same discounted rate.

Unused retainer hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A $25 fee will be issued for any returned checks.

Payment methods include PayPal, money order, certified check, or business check via postal mail.
